Hoffman Institute Foundation |
Our Mission:
The Hoffman Institute Foundation (HIF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to
adult education, personal / spiritual growth, and leadership. We serve a diverse
population of people including at-risk youth, government leaders, corporate
leaders, medical professionals and non-profit workers.
Activities: The Institute runs highly successful programs that change
lives by facilitating deep and lasting transformation. The Institute's primary
program is called Hoffman Quadrinity Process and is based on the work of Bob
Hoffman, developed over 40 years ago. During the eight-day retreat, participants
work in groups and individually to become more aware of the counterproductive
beliefs, perceptions, and emotional patterns that they adopted from their
parents and others who shaped their early lives. The program provides
participants the tools to release these negative forces and become more loving,
mature, creative and balanced. The Process works with four facets of being:
intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Proceeds from contributions from vehicle donations will help to fund
scholarships to a diverse population of people both in financial need, and that
represent service professions such as ministry, social work, medicine, or the
non-profit industry. We also help at-risk teenagers, teenage mothers, teenage
fathers, and victims of domestic violence. We also support future government
leaders, and help address the needs of religious, medical and non-profit
professionals to deepen their compassion for those they serve.
