Our Mission:
Health SET provides free health care, social services, and vision supplies to
low-income elderly in the Denver area, helping them to live independent,
dignified and healthy lives.
Activities: Free health promotion clinics at 14 low-income senior
high-rise residence centers. Intensive case management for elderly patients with
more complex health issues and psychosocial needs. Vision support and other
resources are provided for the visually impaired.
Proceeds from contributions from vehicle donations will help to fund various
programs, including direct services for the low income elderly, including health
promotion clinics, case management and visual impairment support and resources.
