The Colorado Sickle Cell Foundation has for its mission to bring awareness to
this forgotten disease that is sickle cell anemia. Additionally, to raise funds
for the awareness for the need for a cure because, to date, no cure has been
found for the disease.
The foundation is in the process of opening a center for the public to further
these two goals.
All of the proceeds received through vehicle donations will be put to immediate
use to help fund the ongoing research for the cure for the disease, and to help
families who are struggling to cope with the disease.
